Unknown if you received this hard cover book  before your flight or at boarding.  It explains the knobs above you on the plane, aeat belts, "the steward will hang your coat in the wardrobe"..., you are advised to wear slippers due to your feet swelling, " you are quite free to smoke a cigarette unless the "no smoking" signs are illuminated".  Many more 1950's or early 1960's airline traveller tips.  Beautiful color maps cartography: E.
