    Tis is a standard size pennant (12x30), in excellent condition, made by Rico/Tag Express, commemorating the Indians 2007 Central Division Championship.  (My pennants are original warehoused stock and have never been owned by anyone else; no pin holes, no dirt and no fading.) Winner pays .75 shipping & handling for delivery anywhere in the USA. THIS RATE IS FOR SHIPPING FLAT, BETWEEN SHEETS OF CARDBOARD. (It is the cardboard that increases the weight of the package.) I can also ship this pennant ROLLED IN A TUBE, via first class mail, for .25. This could result in the pennant becoming creased. This creasing might be able to be ironed out, but I can't guarantee it.
