    This is a REALLY nice pin, cap device ? badge or medal that is a slush cast ? lead ? or white metal ? pot metal ? . It is hand painted in great condition and it is marked "Je Maintiendrai Unites The Air Ocean All Peoples" This example measures approx. 2 1/4 inches across to it's farthest point and it measures approx. 2 inches top to bottom.
    There are no markings on the item to denote a maker or metal type and it only shows the very slightest high point wear.  T
    his example has a nice patina and a very hard to find "Constellation" item". The light blue portion/design at the very top edge between the "globe" design represents the "Constellation" image. (see pictures)
