We will assist you with any freight claims but, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Do not sign for the product if any damage is found.

Shipping price includes crate. We do not charge additional fees for crating.

Return Policy
Products must be in the condition you received and in the original packaging. Refund includes the item purchase price only and does not include any shipping charges. You are responsible for shipping charges. However, if the return is the result of our error, you will not be charged. Moreover, we will gladly ship you the right product if you give us a chance.
Please follow these easy steps to return your purchase.
1. Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and shipping address within 14 days of delivery date.
2. Pack your return in the original package.
3. Include all original packaging materials, manuals, accessories, and parts to avoid additional fees and delay of the refund.
4. For proof of delivery please return purchase with signature confirmation services.
We cannot issue a refund for return of items that have obvious signs of use, damage, or missing parts.
We cannot issue a refund for items shipped to us without a Return Authorization Number.

Amberdi Inc makes no warranties/guarantees, expressed or implied and is not liable for any known or unknown defects (waiving California Civil Code section 1542) of any item or its fitness for any purpose.
In the event Buyer alters, or through the services of a third party installs equipment, Amberdi Inc is not liable for any damage or loss as a result., whether to Buyer or a third party.
Buyer shall indemnify and hold Amberdi Inc harmless from and against any and all loss, damage, liability or claims (including, without limitation, costs and expenses of litigation and attorney's fees ) arising from, or in connected with, this Agreement, at it relates to the equipment sold.
Claims due to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Amberdi Inc are limited to the amount paid to Amberdi Inc by Buyer on specific invoice(s) in question.
The law of the State of
California
applies to construction and interpretation of this Agreement.
