    Description

    This interesting carved wood brooch has the raised head of a horse atop a carved wood rectangle (buckle?), which has extended to right and left a riding quirt.  The eye is painted. There are thin leather cords running thru holes on top and bottom.  The width of the brooch is just over 3 1/2", the height 1 1/2".  The leather cord which runs into the horse's mouth is slightly worn and appears lighter in color, which could be disguised easily.  The locking mechanism on the pin works fine.  Check out my OTHER ITEMS/SELLER STORE.
