Drive Mobility Scooter Seat Hitch Receiver Plate. Converts a scooter without a hitch receiver to one that allows behind the seat baskets, sun shades, canopies, etc.
Bought this new for mother-in-law, but hole pattern didnt match up. I did not measure before ordering.  Measure yours before to make sure.
Bought this, but it didnt fit my scooter hole pattern.
