    Description

    Greetings postcard with 8k postage due and with 3 kop Russian stamp cancelled Reval 22.8.12 and with a Libava receiving cancel. Apparently because of the writing in the address block(just to the right of the center line) the postcard was considered a letter. Letter rate was 7 kop and since the postage was 4 kop short the postage due for 8 kop was applied. The stamp has one corner damaged and there is some corner and edge wear. If you are bidding on multiple items please wait for my invoice and I will combine the postage and save you money.
