    K.L.M Royal Dutch Airlines Promotional Brochure. This small, 18-panel promotional brochure was published in 1939 by K.L.M Royal Dutch Air Lines Holland on the eve of World War II. The narrative of this promotional brochure highlights the following facts: 1) K.L.M World's Oldest Major Airline; 2) American Equipment and 3) Offers Charter-Flights. At the time this promotional brochure was published, K.L.M was equipped and flying both the Douglas DC-2 and DC-3 in a route structure that included flights within Europe, as well as, to many destinations in America, Asia and the West Indies. K.L.M also had a partnership with N.A.S.M Holland America Line that combined in packages both air and ship travel on the same trip. In addition to the narrative, this promotional brochure includes 3 black & white photographs, 6 partial color illustrations and 2 route style maps
