Opaline White Glass with Paint
In Good, Antique condition- Some chips under the paint. Lots of mold roughness. No cracks.
Top half of the actual cup is nicely opaque with a mottled texture on the exterior.
Bottom of the egg, the hen and the base are heavier glass.
Pattern is crisp and well-defined.
Hen is painted brown, base is aqua/teal blue. Paint is in good condition- minimal rubbing and no fading.
Marked "Vallerysthal" on the underside.
Measures 2" across the top by 2 5/8" high.
NOTE:
This is part of a "breakfast set" comprised of 6 figural egg cups, a large hen-on-nest lidded box, and a basket shaped salt dish that sat in wells on a thatch patterned tray.

Oh yeah, we like to be as earth-friendly as possible, so we
recycle
packing materials as much as we can. So, you might get a box with many colors of packing peanuts and reused bubble wrap. It doesn't matter what the packing material looks like, as long as it does its job and gets your lovely new item to you safely, right? Plus, this keeps our costs down and our prices lower. And the best part is that we're not contributing to a landfill full of packing peanuts (we hope that you recycle yours at the local pack-n-ship location!)
We commit to ship your box within 1 business day, and we expect you to commit to
pay us within 3 business days
. At the end of the third day, eBay will automatically open a non-paying bidder claim against you and become a bill collector in your inbox. After that, the universe is in control.
