UP FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION WE HAVE TEDDY RUXPIN AND HIS PAL GRUBBY FROM 1985.  ALSO INCLUDED ARE 2 HARDCOVER BOOKS (NO ACCOMPANYING TAPES, THOUGH).  THE ORIGINAL 'AIRSHIP' TAPE THAT CAME WITH TEDDY IS ALSO INCLUDED.  (NO BOOK W/AIRSHIP TAPE)
WHEN BATTERIES ARE INSERTED, TEDDY PLAYS THE TAPE.  ALTHOUGH THERE IS SOME STATIC, SOUND QUALITY IS PRETTY GOOD.  TEDDY'S MOUTH AND EYES DO NOT MOVE (POSSIBLY BATTERIES ARE TOO WEAK?).  TEDDY HAS SOME STAINING ON BOTTOMS OF HIS FEET (SEE PHOTOS) AND AT LEAST ONE STAIN ON HIS TUNIC.  GRUBBY IS IN VERY NICE CONDITION, I AM SEEING NO STAINS OR MARKS ON HIM.  I DO NOT HAVE THE CONNECTING CABLE SO I CANNOT TEST GRUBBY.
GREAT SET FOR DISPLAY, NOSTALGIC PIECES!!!  POSSIBLY TO USE FOR PARTS?
