The distance from center to center of the bolts is 5-1/2” pattern but there are a few other sets of holes for forward/backward adjustment.
If your not sure this is the correct seat for you send us a message with a photo of your current seat or mounting bolt spacing.
This is USED and may have some cosmetic scuffs/scraps/flaws but over all good condition.
About 17” wide and tall and About 9” tall when folded down

Mounting holes are M8x1.25 tread
Being plastic you can also easily drill other mounting holes to match your application.
